WORKING PAPERS

I would like to get people to read my work, plain and simple. As a caveat, some of the links here repesent a scholar struggling to find a voice. Some of these papers represent early work as a graduate student while others, peer-reviewed articles. If fellow students, journalists, pundits and scholars can use some of the research material I've compiled that would be great. Feedback appreciated.

Additional Details

Essentially, these papers highlight some of the sociological inquiry I have engaged in through my career.

Some of the thematics that run through the articles above deal with political economy issues and the role of power in setting public agenda and discourse. Fundamentally, these papers seek to highlight issues that affect a target population and to take the level of discourse beyond what is publically available to an alternative from mainstream analysis.

Karl Marx

Though Neo-Marxism represents post-modernity more fully, much of the political economy of capitalism rests on the shoulders of Marxist ideology.
